Discovery Call

When you're ready to kick off our potential project, we'll schedule a discovery call. This is where we get to know each other better, dive into your business or ideas, and discuss your goals. It's also the perfect time to chat about concepts, strategy, and lay the foundation for something great!

Moodboard & Concept

After our chat, once I have a solid understanding of your business and goals, a contract will be sent for you to sign along with the deposit details. Then, I'll gather all my research and create a moodboard and concept based on your brand objectives, products, strategy, unique selling points, and target audience. These will be reviewed and signed off before moving into the design phase.

Development

I’ll present the strongest concepts for your business based on our agreed visual direction. Once you've reviewed and shared your feedback, we’ll refine and develop the chosen concept, bringing it closer to the final product. Exciting mock-ups will also be included, giving you a real-life feel for the designs!

Brand Finalisation

At this stage, all your final files are brought together, prepared, and ready for handover. A comprehensive brand guidelines document—the ‘how-to’ of your brand—is also created. Once the final invoice is paid, we’ll move into the final off-boarding and complete the handover of all files.

    The timeline for each project is flexible and largely depends on the project's scope, our communication flow, and how quickly feedback is provided. While some stages may move faster, others might require more time to perfect. Typically, we allocate 7-9 weeks per client to ensure we can deliver high-quality work, with ample time for revisions, feedback, and thoughtful adjustments. This timeframe allows us to thoroughly explore concepts, refine designs, and ensure every detail aligns with your vision, resulting in a final product that feels both polished and tailored to your brand.

    The payment schedule is typically divided into three stages: 50% upon booking (non-refundable), 30% midway through, and the final 20% before file handover. For some projects, retainer options may apply, but the payment schedule is always open for discussion to fit the specific needs of your project.
